More than a quarter of Colorado high schools students don't have an adult they can go to with help for a serious problem.

We’re on a mission to improve children’s mental health in Colorado.
Here's how you can get involved:
For a youth at risk for suicide, a primary care visit may be the only chance to access needed care. Through the Pathway to Suicide Prevention program, PCMH offers training and consultation to help practices implement a youth suicide prevention care pathway and deliver suicide-safer care.
