Suicide is the #2 cause of death among Colorado youth ages 10-24.
Half of all mental health conditions occur before age 14.
Only 22% of youth who have a mental illness are receiving care.
We’re on a mission to improve children’s mental health in Colorado.
Here's how you can get involved:
Pathway to Suicide Prevention
For a youth at risk for suicide, a primary care visit may be the only chance to access needed care. Through the Pathway to Suicide Prevention program, PCMH offers training and consultation to help practices implement a youth suicide prevention care pathway and deliver suicide-safer care.
We’re building a network of individuals, organizations, and agencies committed to working together to improve children’s behavioral and mental health in Colorado.
Help Us Create Change
If you’re fighting for better mental health for Colorado, we want to work with you.
