We are excited to announce that Michele Lueck is joining PCMH as our new Executive Director. Lueck comes to PCMH from the Colorado Health Institute, which she helped grow into a leader in the areas of health policy research, evaluation and implementation, making it an indispensable partner to foundations, government agencies, nonprofits and health systems committed to the well-being of Coloradans.
As executive director of PCMH, Lueck will focus on raising the quality of youth mental health services within the system of community behavioral healthcare delivery via five core areas of focus including policy, workforce development, research and evaluation, partnership engagement and collaboration, and implementation science.
“We are thrilled to welcome Michele to PCMH. Her work over the last decade with the Colorado Health Institute closely aligns with our mission of bringing communities together to build a mental health system that better serves all children, youth and families,” said Heidi Baskfield, vice president of population health and advocacy for Children’s Hospital Colorado, who had been serving in the role of interim executive director. “Michele’s leadership will help guide PCMH during this time of critical need in addressing the pediatric mental health crisis in Colorado and across the U.S.”
