Utilizing DBT Skills w/ Youth – Jefferson County Schools, Fall 2022
Course date: Sept 14th – Oct 12th 4:00pm – 5:30pm (MST)
This course provides an introductory overview of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and offers strategies to use skills with youth. Participants will learn skills around mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, building interpersonal effectiveness skills, and walking the middle path. The course will be offered in a weekly live-online format and participation in all 5 sessions is required to receive an attendance certificate.
