This course provides an introductory overview of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and offers strategies to use skills with youth. Participants will learn skills around mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, building interpersonal effectiveness skills, and walking the middle path. The course will be offered in a weekly live-online format and participation in all 5 sessions is required to receive an attendance certificate.
Please note: The first 3 sessions will be held from 9:00 – 10:30AM (MST); however, in effort to accommodate the school schedule, the final two sessions will be held from 4:00 – 5:30PM (August 10th and 17th).
