These trainings are for clinics already participating in the PCMH Pathway to Suicide Prevention in Primary Care program. These trainings will cover the implementation of an evidence-based screening and assessment tool, safety planning, lethal means counseling, available resources, and an ongoing management care plan to support of suicidal youth. This course will be offered in a weekly live-online format and participation in both sessions is required to receive an attendance certification.
