Get support in your efforts to meet the mental health needs of Colorado students and school staff through shared learning and community building with professionals across the state.

We encourage Colorado school mental health professionals, school leaders, community partners, and school mental health champions to attend.

This CoP is facilitated by Sarah Younggren, LCSW and presented in partnership with Partners for Children’s Mental Health, Mental Health Colorado, Colorado’s Office of Behavioral Health, and Colorado’s School Safety Resource Center. Sponsored by Centura Health.

During pre-pandemic times, the mental health of many of Colorado’s students was compromised and we know this concern has been exacerbated by COVID – 19.

This Community of Practice will bring together professionals from all regions of Colorado to support your work in meeting the mental health needs of all students and school staff through shared learning and community building.

Sessions will consist of a brief presentation by a professional or school district that has had success implementing a school mental health strategy. The remainder of the time will be dedicated to open conversation and networking.
