Utilizing DBT in Elementary Schools – Spring 2024

This 6 session series will provide an overview of Dialectical Behavior Therapy theory and skills with a focus on skills application and incorporation into standard elementary curriculum. DBT is a therapeutic approach focused on building skills around mindfulness, stress management, and healthy relationships. Training sessions will be collaborative and participants will leave with applicable skills, resources, and curriculum to infuse DBT skills and principles into their current practices.

This training series is intended for elementary school teachers.

4/30/23 4pm – 5:30pm MST – Walking the Middle Path
