Utilizing DBT in High Schools – Fall 2023

This 6 session series will provide an overview of Dialectical Behavior Therapy theory and skills with a focus on skills application and incorporation into standard high school curriculum. DBT is a therapeutic approach focused on building skills around mindfulness, stress management, and healthy relationships. Training sessions will be collaborative and participants will leave with applicable skills, resources, and curriculum to infuse DBT skills and principles into their current practices.

11/09/23 4pm – 5:30pm MST – Walking the Middle Path
